On the edge of the delightful town of Wells-next-the-Sea, Wyndswept is a beautifully presented detached house of Georgian style. The Irish welcome on the front door says it all. 'Céad Mile Fáilte - One hundred, thousand welcomes.' This light, airy house comfortably sleeps 10 -12 people and all the rooms are extremely generous in size.
On the ground floor is a comfortable sitting room with four sofas, a flame gas fire, large flat screen Television and DVD player. French doors lead out to the patio at the rear of the house. The solid wood, fully fitted kitchen has everything you could possibly need, American style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob and built in microwave.Leading off from the kitchen is a utility room with sink, washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom, a large wet-room with power shower, w.c. and wash basin, a further cloakroom with toilet and wash basin and a boot room. The ground floor also benefits from underfloor heating.
A sweeping wooden staircase from the large stone entrance hall leads to the first floor where from the front of the house views across the salt marshes lead to the sea.
There are four further bedrooms. The master bedroom, with sea views, has both an en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin, and a dressing room. The second room that sleeps three, in one double and one single bed, is at the front of the house overlooking the marshes and sea. There is a bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Bedroom three has a pair of full size bunk beds and a single bed, whilst to the rear of the house there is a further bedroom which sleeps three, in one double and one single bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower over. There is ample wardrobe and drawer space in all bedrooms.
The large garden at the rear of the house which captures the sun for most of the day is laid to grass and the patio has a gas barbecue and Chimenea patio heater, table, chairs and large parasol.
