Wells Virtual Carnival Week
Welcome to Wells Virtual Carnival 2020 – the main events will run from Saturday August 1st to Saturday 8th August inclusive.
Virtual bucket rattle
Wells Virtual Carnival held a virtual bucket rattle in the absence of a real one, with all proceeds going directly to charitable organisations in Wells-next-the-Sea to assist them through the current Covid 19 pandemic – Over £3000 was raised, this will be matched by Wells Carnival bringing the grand total to over £6000. We would like to thank everyone who contributed.
Black Shuck Gin generously contributed a hamper of Black Shuck goodies to be given to one of the donors, for every £5 that was donated a number was allocated and once the donation page was closed a random number was generated to find a winner. The lucky recipient of the Black Shuck hamper was Mr. R. Hewitt of Wells.
